Walk-In Drive for Customer Support Executive – HCL Tech
Profile - Voice, customer service.
HCL Tech Hiring for UK / US Voice Process – 22nd July 2026 Walk in directly.
Designation: Customer Care Representative-Fresher’s
Any Grad/UG can apply (No Regular Students / No Law Graduate)
Only for Fresher's Salary: Up to 2.65 LPA
No Experience candidate is allowed
Age Criteria: - 18 Years to 32 Years

XSM Device Management
• Ensures that incidents raised are addressed and resolved within the predetermined amount of time for each account.
• Monitors No Answer from Device Folder to make sure that no device is disconnected from the network without any valid reason such as asset movement or disposed asset
• Ensures that assets are connected to the network and reporting continuously when required (Run Device discoveries)
• Ensures that assets are managed and sending alerts for Supplies and Break Fix
• Loads Map provided in the System as needed and ensure that the asset is placed in the right location in the Map (Asset Mapping)
• Run Asset Validation reports to ensure that there are no duplicate Serial Numbers, Mac Address or IP Address
• Creates Private and Public Folder to make sure that all tickets raised from the accounts assigned are addressed.
XSM Account Management
• Process MACDS (Move, Add, Change, Disposals and Storage)
• Site (Location of the asset), Contacts and Chargeback Code are created per request
• Conducts Data Integrity Check to ensure that all assets follow the account requirement (Account Maintenance)
XSM Meter Management
• As part of the account maintenance for billing purposes, validate meters and ensures that it is loaded correctly and there are no Invalid Raw Meters or meters are outside the daily threshold agreed upon in the statement of work (SOW).
• Load meter readings provided manually in the system and ensures that assets that are in contract have meters.
• Load meter readings as a reportable meter for billing purposes
• XSM Reporting Provide accurate, timely, and professional reports to the account and billing teams for historical analysis, current status, and billing purposes.
• Generate Meter Volume Report and MACD Report
• Provide export of newly discovered devices.
• Generate No Answer from Device Report
• Generate and work reports requested by the Account or Billing team. (e.g MBR, True Ups conflict files)
• Others: Participate in but lead discussions with account teams and clients
• Assist new team members
