Undertaking assurance activities, including reporting on asset condition, repairs, vandalism, graffiti, and presentation standards.
Providing technical advice and knowledge to support the resolution of potential discrepancies and disputes.
Collaborating with the operator and contractor to establish strong working relationships and ensure performance-based outcomes are achieved.
Supporting the Senior Commercial Advisor – Train Franchise and Commercial Manager – Asset Management in the preparation and presentation of high-quality technical analyses and advice.
