• Assist in leading the design and development process for Garments (woven & knits) and fashion accessories tailored to the US market.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, sourcing, and production, to ensure designs meet quality standards, cost objectives, and delivery deadlines.
• Conduct research on fashion trends, market demands, and consumer preferences to inform innovative and commercially viable design concepts.
• Assist in creating detailed design briefs, sketches, technical specifications, and sample prototypes for review and approval.
