Job Description
Accounting & Financial Duties:
● Record all import-related financial transactions in the accounting system (e.g., Tall
SAP, Oracle).
● Prepare and reconcile import costing sheets, including CIF (Cost, Insurance,
Freight), customs duties, freight charges, clearing agent bills, etc.
● Track and post LC-related financial entries and bank charges.
● Maintain accurate records of supplier payments and ensure timely disbursements.
Import & Compliance Documentation:
● Verify and maintain import documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice,
Packing List, Insurance Certificate, and Customs Bill of Entry.
● Liaise with customs brokers and clearing agents for timely customs clearance.
● Reconcile customs duties and taxes paid with accounting records.
Coordination & Reporting:
● Coordinate with the import team, logistics, warehouse, and procurement dep
for shipment tracking and documentation flow.
● Prepare MIS reports on import costs, outstanding LCs, vendor balances, and
payments.
● Assist in statutory audits and provide required documentation related to imports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
