Description
Creating purchase orders in the system
Processing purchase invoices and converting purchase orders in the system
Setting up payment runs for due purchase invoices and expenses by liaising with wider teams
Reconciling supplier statements and dealing with supplier queries via phone and email
Assisting the wider team to set up new suppliers
Data entry and reconciliation of employee credit card expenses on the system
Cash reconciliation
Assisting the financial controller as required on adhoc tasks and office administration supportProfile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
1 year minimum Accounts Payable experience
A degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
Experience with Sage Intact
Previous Accounts Payable experience
Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Job Offer
A salary in the range of £25,000 - £30,000 per year.
