Key Responsibilities:
• Accounting and Financial Management
• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally.
• Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and annual financial reports.
• Record and reconcile invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments.
• Taxation and Compliance
• Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations.
• Inventory and Sales Coordination
• Track inventory records and coordinate with the sales team for billing.
• Reconcile stock data with financial records.
• Excel Reporting and Analysis
• Create detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts using Microsoft Excel.
• Analyze sales and expenses to support decision-making.
• Other General Accounting Tasks
• Support internal and external audits.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Handle petty cash and maintain cash flow records.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the distribution or electronics industry.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
