The Company has a working experience of over 25 Years in the Industry and is expanding to further grow its reach in the business sector.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Beginner Accountant Assistant. This is an entry-level position that will provide you with the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of accounting. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Prepare and file tax returns
Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
