Job Description
MOJO is a growing wholesale business based in Altona, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid accounting foundation, around 2+ years of experience, and a desire to progress their career while completing (or commencing) their CPA.
You’ll play a hands-on role across core accounting functions and work closely with a supportive senior finance leader, while also partnering with different areas of the business including operations, inventory, and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing
Assist with day‑to‑day accounting processes, including reconciliations, banking, and month-end tasks
MYOB and/or NetSuite experience is preferred
Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate financial information
Collaborate across departments including the broader MOJO team and external partners
What We’re Looking For
Approximately 2 years’ accounting experience
Currently studying or intending to study CPA
Inventory / stock accounting experience is essential
Background in product-based industries (wholesale, FMCG, manufacturing, etc.) preferred
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment during system transition
