Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant with 3 years of experience to manage and oversee our accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in invoicing, proficiency with Tally Prime, and experience with GST filing. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing: Prepare, review, and process invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
Tally Prime: Utilize Tally Prime for maintaining accounts, recording transactions, and generating financial reports.
GST Filing: Handle GST filing and compliance, including preparation of GST returns, reconciliation, and submission.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Can manage the accounting team also.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting software.
Strong understanding of GST regulations and filing procedures.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
B.Com or M.Com degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
