Full job description
This position is responsible for supporting the Accounting Manager in all areas including but not limited to AR, AP, coding, payroll and P and L for Konami Australia.
This position also requires the flexibility to act autonomously at all times while adhering to overall department and company polices and procedures.
Daily
Acquire and dispose Fixed Assets
Stock adjustment and conversion
Check cash receipts (for AR banking)
Check GL coding (for AP invoice entry)
Weekly
Classify Sales rep’s expenses and prepare for payments
Cash Flow & Revenue reports
Reclassify no-charge sale orders including journal posting
Checking AUD or FX payments are OK for DWP processing
Payroll posting for PAYG or payroll
Super calculation and posting
Checking AUD or FX payments are OK for DWP processing
Monthly
Maintaining the AMEX & ANZ Credit Cards reconciliations (GC & DP)
Prepare ad-hock payment spreadsheets (e.g TNT payment)
Maintaining the Inter-Company transactions spreadsheets
Payroll tax calculation, journals and payments
Foreign currency bank account rate adjustments
Sponsorship (maintaining info and monthly reconciliation)
Prepayment (maintaining transactions schedule and posting monthly journal)
Quantity journals for no. machines sold & manufactured and employee movements
Maintaining the R&D transactions spreadsheet for R&D tax concessions
