The Role:
This is a 12-month fixed term finance position within the Exhibition team, providing all-round accounting support for the wider cinema business. You will support the team with bank reconciliations, month-end reporting and debtor management, while assisting the wider business with invoicing and other finance tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily bank reconciliations and process bank journals, ensuring accurate cash allocation and communication with relevant stakeholders.
Take ownership of allocated Profit & Loss accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and trial balances as part of month-end processes and weekly reporting requirements.
Manage debtor accounts, including accurate reporting, and raising invoices and journals.
Monitor financial transactions to maintain system integrity and mitigate financial risks.
Support a safe and compliant work environment by demonstrating awareness of OH&S responsibilities and contributing to risk management.

You’re organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced finance environment. You enjoy balancing operational accuracy with stakeholder engagement and have a proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining financial integrity.

Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and reporting skills.
