About Us
This is an exciting opportunity to work in our State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) who regulates three statutory insurance schemes in NSW. This role sits more specifically in our Capability, Performance & Development team who support the delivery of effective learning and development programs to build regulatory skills and workforce capability.
The role provides operational support to SIRA’s Capability, Performance & Development Team. This includes coordination, reporting, and administrative activities that support the delivery of effective learning and development programs to build regulatory skills and workforce capability.

Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting operations including coordinating learning programs and monitoring and reporting on project plans, budgets, milestones and deliverables
Assisting the team develop, implement and evaluate high-quality instructional materials, guides and learning materials including with research and analysis
Completing and coordinating tasks for learning program logistics and communication activities to ensure positive employee experience and effective delivery
Assisting the team with multiple learning mediums including digital, face to face, on the job learning activities
Maintaining up to date records on training activities, procurement and expenditure and providing key data and reports to inform decision making and support learning and development activities.
Building positive working relationships and communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders to support implementation and delivery of learning and development and positive workplace culture programs
Providing a range of secretariat and administrative services, including coordinating meetings and preparing papers, to support the team’s work with internal and external stakeholders.

About you:
