Assistant: Commercial Real Estate & Business Brokerage
We are a growing brokerage firm at Sutton Group looking for a full-time assistant to support the deal process for business sales and commercial real estate. This role combines administrative support, marketing, and client coordination, with the opportunity to learn the brokerage business in depth.
Responsibilities
Assist with valuations (document gathering, financial review, market research)
Prepare listing packages and marketing documents (Canva, website, ads, email templates)
Manage listing launches, including targeted outreach, email blasts, and broker broadcasts
Handle buyer inquiries (CRM updates, NDA coordination, scheduling meetings)
Support the negotiation and offer process (track offers, organize documents, manage key dates)
Coordinate due diligence by collecting and organizing client documentation
Maintain compliance and proper filing of deal records
Provide general administrative and marketing support across all stages of the transaction
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Gmail, Drive)
Comfortable learning new tools (CRM, Canva, WordPress, marketing platforms)
Clear communication and strong writing ability
Interest in business and real estate is a must
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn

Compensation & Schedule
$20/hour to start as an independent contractor, with option to transition to an employee position if desired after 6 months
10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (with flexibility)
