• Masters of the Books: You'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the books of accounts for our entities, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Paying It Forward: Manage payments to vendors and employees in a timely and efficient manner, keeping our financial processes seamless.
• Compliance Champion: Be the guardian of regulatory and financial compliance, ensuring that all statutory returns with GST, Income Tax, and other financial laws are adhered to without exception.
• Closing the Books: Handle book closure as per the schedule, ensuring that our financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Plan for Success: Contribute to the preparation of our Annual Operating Plan and Business Plan, playing a pivotal role in shaping our financial future.
• Master of Reports: Prepare and review monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, providing valuable insights to our management team.
• Funds Whisperer: Keep a close eye on working capital and fund status, reporting on a periodic basis to ensure financial stability.
• Audit Guru: Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits as per the schedule, making necessary course corrections and addressing audit queries like a pro.
• Financial Picasso: Prepare and review financial statements regularly, ensuring transparency and accuracy in our financial reporting.
• Strategic Contributor: Offer key insights on financial aspects of business and partnership agreements, helping shape our financial strategies.
• Team Captain: Train and lead a team of skilled Finance and Accounting executives, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Versatile Support: Assist the Manager/Deputy Manager in all financial matters and activities as required, ensuring we're always on top of our financial game.
Desired Profile :
1. Qualified CA with 3 to 6 years of experience 2 years in Corporate experience preferred.
2. Should have exposure in Accounting and finance, Managing books of accounts, filing returns, GST, income tax etc.
3. Dealing with Statutory, tax & Internal Audits
4. Exp in preparing Annual Operating plans/business plan
5. Hand-on in Managing regulatory and other compliances (including filing of statutory returns with GST, Income Tax etc.)
6. Deep understnding of taxtion and audit Prcatices
7. Knowledge of GAAP
