My name is Baptiste YLONEN and my client, a Manufacturing company, is looking for an Assistant Financial Controller, for a temporary role.
The Assistant Financial Controller is a key individual within the Finance team and assist with the statutory requirements, group reporting requirements along with the running of the month-end close :
• Process journal entries within the SAP general ledger system, and record treasury movements
• Perform month end activities including journal posting, reconciliations and reviews
• Maintain compliance with the set of SOX controls applied to departmental operations
• Assist in preparation of local audits
• Recently graduate in Accounting and/or Finance
• Studying for AAT/CIMA/ACCA
• SAP skills including the ability to operate EXCEL spreadsheet
• Fixed Assets experience
