Role Title: Assistant General Manager- Legal & IPR (AGM - Legal)
Job-Location: Remote (Office Location: Noida)
Work Experience required- 15-20 years
Role Purpose
Handling contractual matters for the international division of the company
Providing advice on contractual and commercial matters and liaising with international law firms.
Supervising all the IPR legal matters for the international division of the company.
Academic & Profile Preference
Academic Preference
Must - Law Graduate
Preferred LLM Profile Preference
Food companies or food company clients
Exposure of working in a listed company or for listed clients
Should have worked end to end on contract drafting, contract negotiation, risk assessment and analysis.
Should have end to end IPR portfolio knowledge
Should have basic exposure of IPR litigation / Court Procedures
