Job Description
• Policy Formulation: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and organizational objectives.
• Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection of candidates. Ensure hiring practices are aligned with the company’s goals and values.
• Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and roles. Facilitate necessary training and documentation.
• Employee Relations: Maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and complaints in a fair and timely manner.
• Performance Management: Assist in setting up and maintaining performance evaluation systems, helping employees grow in their roles.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies related to HR functions, including maintaining employee records and handling HR audits.
• Attendance & Leave Management – Tracks employee attendance, leave balances, and shift schedules.
• Payroll Processing – Automates salary calculations, tax deductions, and payslip generation.
• Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement employee engagement programs and retention strategies to boost morale and reduce turnover.
• Exit Management: Manage the exit process, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing feedback to improve employee retention strategies.
Admin Responsibilities:
• Office Management: Oversee office operations, including procurement of office supplies, managing facilities, and ensuring a safe, productive work environment.
• Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day maintenance of office premises, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Document Management: Maintain accurate records of all administrative documentation, contracts, and employee records.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Manager and Admin Manager or similar roles preferabaly in the restaurant industry.
· Strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Proficiency in MS Office, HR software (GreytHR), and administrative management tools.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity in human resources practices.
