Job Description
The Assistant HR Manager at Woods Hospitality will support the HR function by overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, training & development, and compliance. This role requires a proactive professional with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to ensure smooth HR processes that align with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, screening, and selection processes.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and manage job postings.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
• Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
• Assist in organizing engagement activities and team-building events.
• Support initiatives to boost employee morale and retention.
Payroll & HR Operations:
• Assist in processing payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Training & Development:
• Identify employee training needs and coordinate development programs.
• Assist in implementing performance management systems.
• Support new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.
Compliance & Policy Implementation:
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal regulations.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and audits.
• Support workplace safety and POSH (Prevention of ****** Harassment) initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferable
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
