You’ll coordinate daily operations, handle resident inquiries, manage maintenance, and help ensure everything is in top shape. Qualifications
Licensed Condominium Manager or actively working toward licensing.
Experience in condominium management.
Knowledge of condominium legislation, bylaws, and governance.
Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with residents, contractors, and management teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to support multiple properties and managers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Driver's License
This position focuses on condominium management. Experience managing rental properties is not required.
Rotating on-call duties for after-hour emergencies
What We're Looking For
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a condominium management environment
Education: Must be enrolled or be actively working on RECA’s Graduated Licensing Program
Skills: Highly organized with strong time management; excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and able to handle a high volume of work.
