Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Lawyer at ABC IP (ABC registration services) located in Delhi, India. The Assistant Lawyer will be mainly responsible for litigation related to Trademarks. The candidate will also be supporting the legal team in day-to-day tasks, This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, assisting with case management, and providing support in client meetings and court proceedings.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and regulations
• Working Knowledge of Drafting and filing of Trademarks suits.
• Working knowledge of Drafting of written statements.
• Working Knowledge of handling Commercial suits.
• working knowledge of filing appeals and rectification matters related to trademarks.
• Drafting and replying to notices.
• Preparation of written arguments.
• Knowledge of Trademarks law.
• Procedural work related to trademarks like drafting of tm applications and other forms.
• Attending hearings before The registrar of trademarks.
• Follow up with departments.
• Bar Council registration and license
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
