Citadel Source are supporting a well-established SME client in the Bristol area to appoint an Assistant Management Accountant.
About you
You will be a
hands-on and driven individual, with a strong work ethic and someone who takes pride in achieving their own goals and team goals. You will be committed and enthusiastic and be an excellent communicator who is able to work effectively as part of a team. You will be AAT qualified or a CIMA/ACCA student, with strong Excel skills. You will be collaborative and support the wider business on ongoing improvement projects.
The Role
The Assistant Management Accountant will work closely with the Management Accountant who together will have significant responsibility to ensure that accurate and timely information is provided to the stakeholders. They will be required to support the delivery of monthly reporting requirements.
As an Assistant Management Accountant, your role will include but not limited to:
• Support the production of management accounts,
• Ad-hoc project requirements as needed
• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations for each period.
• Support the analysis of the management accounts.
• Preparation of accruals and prepayments
• Posting journals
What the Client has to offer
• A salary level of £28,000 to £35,000
• Hybrid working policy (3 days per week for the right candidate).
