About the vacancy
A specialist supplier in the construction industry is recruiting an experienced Assistant Management Accountant to join their finance team of three in Banbury. You'll get to work in a great office space with 12 in the business, free on-site parking, and be part of a more comprehensive group operation. This will be an office-based role with working hours between 08:00-16:30 or 07:00-15:30.
Your new role
• Group AP entries
• Group Credit Card Entries
• Group Cashflow Report
• Producing monthly management accounts to trial balance (capable in time of producing full management accounts)
• VAT Returns
• Checking of credit terms and opening accounts
• Approval of entries
• Bank Reconciliations
• Fixed Asset records
• Bookkeeping up-to-date and accurate
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience working in a similar role, live locally to Banbury, and have your own transport.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary between £34,000 - £36,000 with ongoing support and an opportunity to learn, working in a great office space.
