Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Travel & Admin Executive will arrange business travel for employees, identifying the most cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements and making necessary reservations for accommodations
Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidate should have 6-10 years of experience as Corporate Travel Desk ExecutiveMust be able to manage complete operations of travel desk (International & domestic)Hotel BookingBooking Air/train/bus TicketsManaging other travel formalitiesGenerate and keep record of travel reportCoordination with internal employees, Sr Management and Top managementMust be able to work in a fast faced environment with ability to do MultitaskingMaintain a relationship with vendors and agencies.
Negotiate rates and contracts with travel service providers.
Process T&E reports.
Manage credit card programs, charges, and reimbursements if any.
Ensure that all programs comply with all travel procedures.
Provide suggestions and advice on travel documents, import and export regulations, and insurance.
Continuously work towards the improvement of travel programs.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business or relevant fields is preferred.
Prior experience in corporate travel.
Excellent communication, people and negotiation skills.
Analytical attitude with an organized approach.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
