Job Description
Handle end-to-end accounting for all group companies.
Maintain books, vouchers, receipts, bills, and payments.
Perform bank reconciliation, debtor/creditor reconciliation.
Manage day-to-day accounting and vendor payments.
Handle customer invoicing, collections, and follow-ups.
Prepare advance tax workings and ensure timely payments.
Maintain payroll records and statutory payments (PT).
Monitor operating expenses and utility payments.
Finalize P&L, Balance Sheet, and assist in ITR filing.
Prepare TDS/GST workings, payments, and file returns.
Coordinate with auditors and resolve queries.
Review monthly P&L, B/S, and Cash Flow with Director.
Maintain documentation, vouchers, and internal controls.
Support any additional accounting tasks assigned by management.
Skills Required (Short Points)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Word.
Solid knowledge of GL accounting & India GAAP.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, TCS.
Expertise in Tally ERP, Outlook, MS Office.
Excellent communication skills (English).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good coordination and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹83,000.00 per month
