Audit Handling: o Lead and manage the preparation and coordination of both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. o Collaborate closely with auditors from the Big 4 to facilitate audit processes, including planning, documentation, and issue resolution. o Ensure accurate and timely submission of all audit-related documents and reports. o Develop and maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance and enhance financial accuracy. 2. Revenue Management: o Oversee and manage the revenue accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition. 3. P&L Management: o Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 4. General Ledger Management: o Manage and oversee the general ledger accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. o Reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. 5. SAP System Management: o Utilize SAP for financial reporting, audit tracking, revenue management, and general ledger processes. 6. Collaboration with CFO: o Work closely with the CFO to support strategic financial planning and decision-making. o Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and the board of directors. o Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support business growth and profitability. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Intermediate qualification is required. Extensive experience with SAP-Software, including financial reporting and general ledger management. Proven experience handling audits, particularly with Big 4 audit firms. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
