Roles & Responsibilities:
• Import and reconcile sales data from Abitzu to Tally.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure accuracy and automation in data processing.
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns.
• Ensure timely submission and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and balance sheets.
• Assist in statutory and internal audits.
• Handle timely payments and filings for TDS, GST, PF, ESIC, PT, and MLWF.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all statutory dues.
• Enter and verify vendor invoices in Tally with proper GST bifurcation and classification.
• Match and reconcile TDS credits from Form 26AS with company books and vendor entries.
• Calculate and account for foreign exchange gains or losses accurately in the books.
• Calculate landed cost of imported goods, including freight, duties, and other charges.
• Ensure proper accounting of import transactions in Tally.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget and perform budget vs actual analysis.
• Support data redemption and variance analysis as required.
• Prepare and collate data for responding to IT and GST department notices.
• Coordinate with consultants for timely and accurate responses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
