1 Entering GRN in the system which we received from Customers
2 Payment Follow-up such as sending mails, making phone calls to customers
3 Accounting the receipts both RTGS & cheques and and sending cheques to bank
4 Sending Collection Status report
5 Bill wise receipt adjustments against payment
6 Accounting the rejection and making e-invoices
7 Accounting debit note credite note and making e-invoice for the same
8 Monitoring duty drawback
+ Recociliation with our books and GST portal such as sales invoices, debit note and credit note
10 Preparing and Filing GSTR-1 for our all units
1 Preparing and Filing GSTR-3B for our all units
12 Preparing Stock and Receivable Statement to be submitted to Bank
13 Signinig Invoices, Challans and others

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
