They create customised and innovative flexible packaging solutions - Milk Film Pouch, Easy Peel Lid Film, Laminates, Shrink and Stretch LD Film and Labels (Shrink and Wrap Around Labels) - across industries ranging from Dairy, Food & Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Personal & Home care, Health & Beauty and more. Their team of engineers, designers and customer success managers work closely with Fortune 500, Direct to Consumer and E-commerce brands to build value for our customers by ensuring shorter lead time, quality assurance and responsiveness. Responsibilities:
• Fully responsible for Statutory audit.
• Preparation of monthly MIS after proper ledger scrutiny with analysis and inputs to Superiors
• Fixed Assets register handling and periodic updating.
• All type of Secretarial work including Board Meetings, Board resolutions, AGM, ROC Filings, Maintaining Secretarial records etc.
• Drafting and vetting of Agreements like Lease, NDAs, Supplier etc., undertakings, POAs. Or other legal documents
• Initiation and Filing of Legal suit
• All type of financial institute compliance
Requirements:
• CS Qualified.
• 5 years experience Manufacturing Industry & relevant profile
