are currently recruiting for an Finance & Accounts candidate based at our Mumbai - Bhandup Office .
Where you will be based
This role will be office based at our offices in Mumbai - Bhandup and this will be a work from office role - Monday to Friday.
What you will do
§ Managing and overseeing the Accounts Payable function – ensuring that bills/costs are booked properly.
§ Release vendor payments as per schedule.
§ Prepare Creditors Aging, various MIS reports related to AP.
§ Ensuring proper TDs deduction, filing TDS returns, release TDS certificates.
§ AP vendor reconciliation, obtaining balance confirmation.
§ Monthly provision, closing of books, preparation of various balance sheet and PL schedules.
§ Participate in all audits, play key role in their completion, prepare financial statements, liaise with auditors.
§ Finalization of accounts.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have excellent proven analytical skills. You will be highly organized with great attention to detail and able to effectively prioritize your workload dependent on deadlines and changing requirements. You should be able to manage people and work in in tandem with the business units.
