We are committed to sustainability and energy efficiency across all our operations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager-Accounts located in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager-Accounts will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additional tasks include performing reconciliations, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting budgeting processes. Qualifications Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations for day to day accounting Prepare payroll and Perform various compliance of law under various acts such as PF, PT, LWF, ESIC etc. Experience in GST/TDS/ VAT monthly compliances Timely filing of GST and TDS returns with ITC Reconciliation Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis Experience with reconciliations, accounts payable, and receivable management Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Coordinate with auditors and assist in resolving audit observations. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting is must Professional certification CA Inter, MBA is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Sakinaka, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
