About the organization: A micro-finance company based out of Mumbai
Broad Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for bank reconciliations / petty cash transactions / day to day invoicing and payments.
Responsible for Preparation of monthly financial statements / Periodic review of internal controls in the areas of cash, bank and loan portfolio activities
Making periodical Funds estimates on how best to use available funds, investment of funds, when to borrow
4 Assisting in preparing monthly Financials.
Preparing and finalizing monthly schedules required for Financials.
Reviewing Cash Reconciliations
Assisting in preparing reports as required by Lenders.
Assisting in preparing reports as required by Management.
Coordinating with Branch personnel.
Assisting Branch personnel in resolving issues related to Accounts. Viz., Bank deposits, EOD revisions, Petty cash queries, etc.
Reviewing daily Loan repayments and maintaining records of the same.
Monthly TDS payments and quarterly return filing of TDS.
Coordinating with Banks and handling correspondences from/with them
Mandatory Requirements:
Candidate should be Intern CA
Work experience of 1-2 years
