Working days & Timing - 6 days & 10am to 7pm (Alternative Saturday off)
Salary range -30K
Job Role :
Assisting in oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing
office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Assisting in providing administrative support to HOD’s, project managers and
engineering teams, including document preparation, scheduling, and coordination of
meetings.
Assisting in managing and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy,
organization, and accessibility.
Assisting in reviewing and approving administrative expenditures in accordance with
company policies and budgetary constraints.
Assisting in supervising and mentoring administrative staff & IT staff, EPBX, Mobile
& Telephone related activity, uniform, safety shoes & tool bags etc. Providing
guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Assisting in handling inventory and budgeting of stationery, office requirement,
company assets etc.
Assisting in Facility Management.
Assisting in reception & dispatch activity.
Assisting in travel arrangements like air, train & road transport. Visa, tickets, and
hotel arrangements.
Assisting in setting up new offices, godown etc.
