• Assistant Manager - Administration
Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” To have the 100% adherence of statutory abstracts & compliance of Administration & Organization
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities - 1) Branch Electricity payment process through Encash Portal + State Electricity Board portal 2) Reconciliation of Corporate credit card statement with branchwise EB payment amount 3) Electricity expense master file preparation 4) Coordination with Finance for corporate card limit replenishment 5) HR Non PO invoicing process. 6) Managing end to end data of inwarded invoices+ Talent hiring consultant invoices 7) Admin branch expense provision consolidation 8) HR Non PO vendor/consultant agreement empanelment
• Major Challenges - 1. Payment of Electricity Bills where bills details do not reflect on Encash portal and branch team sends post due date instead of sending within due date

Required Qualifications And Experience
• a) BSc/ B.Com (Math/ Finance/ Accounts) b) Should have good knowledge Excel, Word, Powerpoint c) 1 to 2 Years of experience in Admin/Finance
