• Owns and manages statutory compliances and quality accounting for HMIN in accordance with prevailing local statutory accounting, taxation laws and in accordance with company accounting policies and procedures.
• Complete ownership and management of taxation- GST, TDS, TCS, Income tax etc. including submission of returns and filings.
• Business Partnering - Assisting in Financial Planning & Analysis – Functional Opex Analysis, Forecasted FS etc.
• Preparation of MIS for Management Review
• Leading Special Projects as and when required
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closure in AX Dynamics systems and owns the reporting in PSE.
• Preparing of Financial Statements as per HSO & Companies Act requirement.
• Reviewing the requirements of all applicable local company statutory and tax laws and having the same implemented/ amended in the Hoya ERP system.
• Owns the reporting of actuals into the company database: GFDB/FCCS/Others.
• Lead the Statutory audit (FS, Tax Audit TP etc.) and internal audit process including but not restricted to the interactions with the internal and external auditors.
• Ensure that the local ERP systems accurately computes and reflect the applicable laws.
• Assisting quarterly and annual budget.
• Establish expense budget control system.
• Analyze opex and capex against the budget guide the management team on monthly basis.
• Analyze and report sales & inventory on monthly basis along with provision calculation as per the company accounting policies and procedures.
• Preparing the schedules as and when required for Assessments, Notices etc.
• Assist in other Financial Planning and budgeting activities.
• Other general and administrative duties as assigned by FM of HMIN.
Experience/Skills
• The candidate should be a qualified Charted Accountant or MBA from a reputed College with minimum 7 to 8 years of experience, with good analytical mind and having the updated knowledge of taxes and recent amendments.
• Good organization and administrative skills, high degree of professionalism and integrity is essential.
