C.A. - ACCOUNTS & FINANCE Position : Senior Manager / Manager - Accounts & Finance Location : H.O. – Malad - Mumbai Work Experience : CA fresher or 2 yrs. exp CTC : 8 lacs and above QUALIFICATION: - · Chartered Accountant · Experience in the field of Real Estate project financing, Financial Reporting and Taxation and working with team of 5 to 6 members.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - · To look over Project financing from application to disbursement from Bank and NBFC. · Preparing and coordinating for data preparation for purpose of Ratings and audit of lender’s. · To look for accounting of Group i.e. timely return filing and payment of taxes. · Looking after the compliance of Direct and Indirect Taxes (Including Return filings, audits and reply to the notices). · Helping team to maintain accounts on real time basis. · Preparing Financials of Group companies as per IND AS and Indian GAAP. · Assisting in Limited Review reporting as per SEBI guidelines. · Coordinating with Statutory & Internal auditor for timely completion of audits
