Responsibilities
• Input employee data into HRMS accurately and efficiently
• Take various responsibilities like attendance and leave management, exit management, full and final settlement etc.
• Maintain and upkeep of employee database accurately
• Execute payroll function for all employees of Ethos - Pan India
• Responsible for executing and maintaining records of HR compliances like PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity etc.
• Ensure accuracy and timelines of all data reporting and payroll transactions
• Validate payroll information using HRMS and provide payroll information to the manager on a monthly and adhoc basis
• Prepare monthly/adhoc HR Reports and dashboards
• Keeping track of all the probations and confirmations, internal transfers, promotions
• Responsible for maintaining the employee files and records, responsible to maintain uniform stock and issuance to store employees and maintaining relevant trackers
Qualifications
• MBA - HR
• Similar experience of at least 2 years in payroll and compliances
• Professional knowledge and experience in MS Excel
