Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, HR Shared Services Analyst
In this role, the incumbent should be able to identify the right problems and pain areas and provide a consulting-driven practical solution/roadmap to stakeholder across Hire-2-Retire domains and business areas. He/she should be able to meet stakeholder requirements through delivery of these data analysis projects, as well as work on new reporting automations solution designs and offerings which can help in business transformation. Should be able to create and deliver solutions independently, or as a member of the team.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
• Incumbent will work as an integral part of HR analytics team in India alongside global stakeholders performing high-end analysis and providing business recommendations to business teams
• Define analysis requirement to align with overall project objective
• Execute on project and analysis plans. This would involve data analysis and reporting
• Driving talent dashboards to maximize the operational impact and support senior leaders to drive important people metrics for the teams

Minimum Qualifications
• Excellent MS Excel Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in similar role or Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent Preferably master’s in business administration
