Job Description:
To drive Talent Acquisition and Manpower positioning strategy implementation efficiently
Ensuring Manpower Onboard as per the Budget approved as per TAT in the assigned Geography and Business Verticals
2: Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)
Recruitment
Work closely with the Managers in deployment of manpower as per the
manpower budget and hiring TAT
Identify and Recruit Manpower for all Roles as per planned manpower requirement across the functions /
verticals with 100% SLA compliance
Handle entire recruitment life cycle for all the approved New positions / Replacements
Using different recruitment sources like Head Hunting, Cold calling, Social Media Recruitment, Job Portals etc
Closing the manpower within deadline for all positions across vertical.
Directly responsible for Headhunting Key talents from other NBFC’s/ Banks for critical roles.
Maintaining & updating the pool of potential candidates / competitor mapping etc
Internal Talent Positing
Drives the IJP Program across the assigned geography to provide opportunity to internal talent pool.
On boarding
Ensure smooth on-boarding for all new hires as per talent acquisition process.
Preparing & Monitoring suitable metrics and dashboards in adherence to the pre-set standards to assess the
effectiveness of the recruitment & on boarding function
