Candidate will be based at corporate office of pharma of reputed pharmaceutical company at Mumbai.
Candidate will be responsible for handling complete HR functions talent acquisition including recruitment to reliving & maintaining up to date MIS and reports.
You will be responsible for planning and execution of periodical performance appraisal.
He will also coordinate and conduct training performance and employee engagement performance.
Majorly into Talent Acquisition
Candidate required profile.
Preferably Graduate, MBA in HR function in pharmaceuticals company handling major focus on Talent Acquisition
Candidate will be responsible for handling complete HR functions at of pharma company including recruitment to reliving / exit.
