The candidate will be based in the head office of a reputed Pharma Company in Bangalore and will be handling Field HR/ Sales HR. Mainly into HRBP Role:
You Will Be Responsible For The Following Activities
• Handling HRBP Role (Field HR) - PAN India operations.
• Coordinating with division heads and NSM.
• Coordination with field employees for multiple divisions across PAN India for recruitment, talent acquation, employee engagement, etc.
• Taking care of the training needs of field employees by planning and delivering training and learning initiatives.
• Designing and implementing employee retention/employee engagement programs.
• Taking care of the training needs of field employees by planning and delivering training and learning initiatives.
• Managing the IR and Legal matters for sales force covering multiple divisions across PAN India.
Required Candidate Profile.
Any Graduate and MBA in HR with 5-8 years of experience in a Pharma company, handling complete field HR, supporting multiply division.
Candidate staying in Bangalore will be preferred
Strong have good coordination and communication skills
