Description
• Source manpower candidates and complete the initial screening.
• Responsible for administering all Appraisal Forms and its implementation after appraisal.
• Ensure prompt and accurate processing of monthly remuneration.
• Negotiate remuneration and terms and issue Appointment Letters to candidates.
• Ensure that recruitment norms, like Personality Test, Proof of Salary, Referral check, etc. are carried out.
• Process and arrange for training programs of staff.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the system for transacting Reimbursements on Salary perks.
• Responsible for Exit Interviews and settlement formalities.
Qualifications
5 years Experience in HR (Recruitment, Payroll Management, Statutories, Appraisals)
Good to Excellent verbal and written communication skills
