Responsibilities
• Collaborate across stakeholders and cross-functional peers to create a seamless and integrated employee experience approach
• Create recognition moments and program manage celebration of special days and milestones (Cabin Crew Day, Yoga Day, Pilots Day, IndiGo’s Anniversary and so on).
• Manage and increase traction for IndiGo’s intranet platform (web & mobile app), ensuring to make it a central hub of employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Execute and drive employee participation in IndiGo’s pulse survey program
• Use social media to communicate and engage with employees through effective campaigns
• Ability to maintain the balance of taking directions, and working collaboratively with different teams besides being highly independent on daily tasks and assigned programs.
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in HR or equivalent) with at least 4 years of relevant work experience
