Job Description
HR Professional with 5+ years’ experience. This will be an Individual Contributor role. This is a key role which will help us identifying trends, forecasting, make better decisions, mitigate risk, and handle setbacks.
This position will be responsible for the following areas as defined from time to time:
• Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics.
• Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates
• Reviewing employee and candidate data for various analysis Report on key recruiting metrics like time -to- fill and hiring costs, compensation analytics, ranges, etc
• Analyze employees’ answers to internal surveys (like 6e Speaks)
• Communicating with stakeholders where necessary and helping with any client business needs
