Assistant Manager-IT

Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Responsibilities:-

· Implementing IT strategies for better working.

· Oversee day-to-day operations and provide support to staff at all levels.

· Support in development and implementation of software like SAP, Payroll software etc.

· Ensure compliance to organizational standards, including safety standards and client or customer communications.

· Monitor and provide feedback to manage staff to effect improvements in organizational goals.

· MIS & Data reporting related to various domains.

· Backup management.

· Assist managers and other staff with procurement of necessary materials and equipment.

· Server & application management.

· Identifying problems related and providing solution.

· Maintaining safe and secure work environment.

Job Requirement:-

· 10-15 Years of experience in similar profile.

· Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science or similar.

· Hands on experience of development and implementation of various software like SAP, Tally, Payroll etc.

· Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with notable experience handling multiple projects and tasks.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to positively interact with staff and clients.

· Willingness to work extended hours and be on-call for other duties, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
