Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Legal based in Bengaluru at Three Wheels United. The Assistant Manager Legal will be responsible for tasks related to legal compliance, legal consulting, legal document preparation, and managing legal affairs on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
• Experience in Law and Legal Compliance including RBI and MCA compliances.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation
• Skills in Legal Consulting and managing Legal Affairs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of Indian legal regulations and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in the finance industry is a plus
