We are a boutique setup with a strong and dedicated team from a rich educational and professional background. Currently, we are looking for an operations manager to join our team in the next phase of our growth.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
• To coordinate with client to complete formalities for setting up their investment and other related accounts.
• To help client complete their investment related transactions.
• To take care of the back office and liaison with other partners for operations related work.
• To work on MIS and other internal data related to business.
• Follow up with the clients for pendency’s and fulfilling their requirement.
• Updating the Advisors on the client portfolio and assist them in resolving their queries.
• Filling in the required documents for compliance.
• To ensure each and every client gets best possible service.
Desired profile of the candidate
• Must be a Graduate with good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emailing)
• Knowledge of Mutual Fund/Wealth management industry is preferred.
• Experience of 1 – 5 years in same and allied industry.
• Freshers with good academic background can also apply.
