Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Recruitment to design and oversee our company’s hiring.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a recruiting team and its daily operations.
Set goals for your team, monitor performance, and report results.
Conduct performance reviews.
Recommend and monitor professional development.
Train and supervise team members on company processes and policies.
Act as a coach and mentor.
Act as your own hiring manager when new headcounts are needed.
Requirement:
Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or Recruiting Coordinator
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like GitHub)
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
Candidate must be from Pune Location
Strong decision-making skills
Should be available for F2F interview

Salary: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
