Responsibilities
Head Hunting for various position across different levels within The Company.
Coordinate with various teams and different heads to identify and forecast hiring needs.
Source potential candidates through various offline/online channels
Conduct preliminary interviews and asses candidates based on the hiring criteria.
Plan Interview and selection processes including screening calls, assessments and in person-interviews.
Maintain and periodically update the hiring reports and tracker.
Design Job description and periodically update these to reflect each position’s responsibilities and requirements
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potentials candidates
Periodically engage in talent mapping exercises, keeping updated to industry trends, best hiring practices and compensation benchmarks.
Coordinate and ensuring to collect and validate all pre-joining documents.
Qualification
2 years of work experience with Retail brands.
MBA in HR

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
