Position: Assistant Manager - Trade Marketing (Leading Building Materials Manufacturing Company)
Job Description:
- Manage loyalty & engagement program for the Trade partners and influencers
- Ideate, Strategize & upgrade brand visibility in the market through Trade outlets
- Ideate, source and distribute brand & festive merchandise to the Trade partners
- Devise suitable Trade schemes
- Plan & execute international incentive tours
- Ideate & execute influencers & Trade partner meets/events
- Handle BTL activities to help generate leads to support Trade partners
- Understand need and organize Trade partners training
- Conceptualize and execute Trade promotions and roll out in-store campaigns in collaboration with Product team and sales team
Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA
- Experience - 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing from building material/construction industry.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in designing sales schemes
- Experience is handling loyalty program
- Exposure in handling international incentive tours
