Now Hiring: Server / Assistant Manager at a Small, Independent Vegetarian Brewery
Location: Buffalo Rouge Brewing Co.
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (can be a flexible start for the right person - we are not in a hurry to fill this position and do not anticipate it fully starting until the fall)

We’re a small, independently-owned vegetarian brewery run by a husband-and-wife team — and we’re looking for a dedicated, multi-talented person to join us as a Server / Assistant Manager.
What This Role Looks Like:
This is a hybrid position combining front-of-house service with assistant management duties. You’ll be one of the key people helping our business grow — and that means wearing a few different hats. You'll be working shifts as a server, but also stepping into planning, coordination, and leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service to guests in the taproom
Assist with event planning and execution (trivia nights, music events, etc.)
Support with day-to-day operations (opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, etc.)
Help coordinate and lead the front-of-house team
Jump into the kitchen or dish pit when needed — we all pitch in (must be willing to be trained in the kitchen for those times when someone needs to jump back there for a few minutes to help - kitchen experience an asset)
Be an ambassador for our brewery, values, and community
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience in hospitality or food & beverage (minimum 2+ years serving experience and some manager or supervisor experience)
Is proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
Communicates clearly and kindly
Can multitask and handle the organized chaos of a busy taproom
Is excited about vegan/vegetarian food, local beer, and small business culture
Wants to grow with a company that’s still growing. We anticipate that this role would naturally progress to General Manager as the company grows.
Bonus Points For:
Current Serving It Right certification (or ability to get it quickly)
Food Safe certification
Event planning or social media experience
Kitchen experience (even basic prep or line experience helps!)
A love of plants, puns, and pints
